In the first 10 days after birth (as early as 24 hours), I will come to your house to provide postpartum care for Mama while Baby is cared for by Daddy or another caregiver. Package includes:

• Bengkung Belly Binding (Includes the Bind - $50 Value)

Standard Birth Doula Package: $1000 

• 2 prenatal visits

• Unlimited phone, text, and email support
• 24/7 on call time starting 3 weeks before your estimated due date
• Professional, in-person support during your labor and birth with NO additional fees or time restrictions
• Massage during stages of labor
• Access to a TENS machine for pain management and relaxation during labor

Birth Doula/Massage Package 1: $1408

• Six 1-hour massages

Interested in chatting with a birth professional, but don't want to commit to full doula services?  Now, you can schedule a meeting lasting either 30 or 60 minutes to discuss your birth, labor, or postpartum experience.  Possible topics include but are not limited to:

• Preparing your body for labor
• Putting together a birth plan
• Helping your partner to feel more secure about supporting you during labor
• Learning some easy massage techniques to alleviate some of the stress your body is going through
• Common breastfeeding concerns
• Talking about your birth experience

30 minute meeting: $20
60 minute meeting: $40
